The Requirements
Article 28(1) of the GDPR stipulates that the client must only use contractors who comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. In particular, two topics must be presented:
- The contractor must demonstrate that it complies with the requirements of Art. 32 GDPR (Art. 28. para. 3 c GDPR
- In addition, the contractor must again use subcontractors who fulfil the same requirements, Art. 28 para. 3 d Art. 28 para. 2 and Art. 28. para. 4 GDPR.
