How it Works
The process for liaising between clients and contractors is designed for security. It ensures that processors do not readily disclose your actions unintentionally.
Safety in the Process
To ensure that processors disclose their measures unintentionally, the contractor must inform their contractor under which ID they can be reached on our platform.
In the next step, the processor assigns this ID to its customers and submits a request to the client. In a further step, the client must authorise the processor’s request. Only once this has been done are the approved responses released to the client.
The Procedure for Answering the Questions
The procedure for answering questions by the processor is as follows:
- After a successful registration on the platform, the processor can answer the questions. In addition to answering the questions, documents can also be uploaded. This may be necessary, for example, if you as a contractor can provide suitable certification.
- Once all the questions have been answered, the processor decides whether to forward the answers for review. This is the moment when processors must pay the annual fee. Only after payment has been received can the audit be carried out by our experts.
Review by Experts
The experts check the answers for plausibility. If the experts have any questions, they contact the processor via the platform and ask for clarification. If the expert classifies all answers as plausible, the expert releases the questionnaire back to the processor. In the final step, the processor decides whether and to whom it will release the answers with the experts’ comments to its customers.
